AHA BLS Instructor

You must possess a valid (non-expired) BLS Provider card and have successfully completed the BLS Essentials online AHA course (this is included in the cost of this class).  Additionally, you must have a current BLS Instructor Manual (also included in the cost of this class).

Course Description

The American Heart Association BLS Instructor Course certifies the participant to teach the BLS for Healthcare Providers (BLS) Course, renewal course, and BLS Skill Sessions. Also, instructors may teach all of the AHA Heartsaver programs including: adult CPR, child CPR, infant CPR, AED use, first aid, pediatric CPR/first aid, and bloodborne pathogens. BLS Instructor certification is valid for two (2) years.

The classroom portion covers American Heart Association (AHA) procedures, course guidelines and agendas, instructor challenges, classroom set-up, learning theory, administrative support, and instructor-candidate teaching demonstrations

Certification

2 year certification. Any Day CPR is an official training site for the American Heart Association.

Only $352 includes required BLS Instructor Manual, required Online BLS Essentials course, post-class monitoring, and your BLS Instructor Certification Card.  We'll send you the Online BLS Essentials course upon completion of registration.
